I supported the Five Guys digital ordering initiative by creating high-fidelity marketing mockups that visualized how the NomNom™ platform could enhance the guest experience across app, web, and CRM touchpoints. Working from the team’s feature direction, I translated concepts like curbside pickup, catering orders, mobile payments, and loyalty into polished, on-brand creative that demonstrated how messaging and personalization would look in the live experience. The mockups helped align stakeholders and set a clear creative reference for future campaign assets and digital design direction.
