I supported the Cheesecake Factory initiative by creating high-fidelity marketing mockups that visualized how the updated digital experience, loyalty program, and reservation flow would look across key touchpoints. Working from the team’s feature requirements, I translated concepts like loyalty enrollment, celebratory rewards, dine-in reservations, and brand-forward menu interactions into polished layouts that demonstrated the intended user journey and campaign messaging. These assets helped align stakeholders on design direction and provided a clear creative reference for future campaign execution and loyalty communications.
